Our Programs
The Lily Garden’s nature-based environment includes classrooms and materials that are the foundation for experiences and activities planned by our teachers. Our curriculums offer children engaging experiences designed using age appropriate goals for physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development.
NEW After School Program
The Lily Garden Learning Center offers a NH Licensed after school program housed at the Westmoreland Elementary School, Glebe Road, Westmoreland.
We offer healthy snacks every day, age appropriate curriculum, and a fun, enriching environment for students after school
until 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. Students have enjoyed activities such as learning about space, nature walks, etc. We offer care 5 days a week but enrollment varies from 1, 2, 3, and 5 days of care. For Further information, email us directly
Infants
We welcome infants at 3 months of age, following their daily rhythms and providing them with what they need to grow. Children are given every opportunity to roll, crawl, cruise, walk, and run in an environment that encourages each child’s individuality.
Toddlers
Social interaction between children at a young age helps to develop their sense of self. It teaches tolerance, turn taking, respect, and develops friendships that can last a long time. Lunchtime with friends, climbing, pretending, and problem solving are all part of a toddler’s busy day. Children learn through many kinds of experiences both together as a group and on their own.
Preschool
Project work builds on an idea or question and moves it from “a seed to a tree.” We examine all aspects of that idea until children are finished. Our age appropriate curriculum also teaches children valuable preliteracy skills, important for a lifetime of loving reading.
